This video is on “Springing Forward in Honesty” and its importance in recovering from the bondage of shame and guilt. For my last Libero Network vLog, I discuss the vitality of being honest with yourself in the process of healing.

Honesty helps you be authentic. Honesty helps you take a look at where you are in life and how you’re doing.

What are you doing well?

Be sure to celebrate the milestones you work hard to achieve. One of these milestones might even be getting honest.

What do you need to continue to work on?

Look around you and ask yourself, who can help you be accountable and consistent?

When we get honest and willing to “get real,” we start to build healthier relationships with ourselves and the community around us.

Don’t live any longer in the guilt and shame. Be free in the courage and strength honesty has for you.
