It’s time to break out of our comfort zones and learn how to deal with some of the most intimidating people–toxic individuals.
This month at Libero we’re talking about how to get out of our comfort zones to make the best of our recovery. In this video, I’ll discuss the importance of stepping out of these familiar places of comfort in order to assert our needs and make them known.
Next, I talk about your responsibility when asserting your needs and explain the role of the conflicting individual and how to get over the fear of hurting their feelings. Also discussed are words you may need to avoid while conversing.
Know that you are not in charge of their reactions to your request. I’ll also talk about an effective method for a hopefully successful conversation.
Hears to healthy conversations and breaking out of our comfort zones!
