Sharing your story with the world can be quite terrifying, but I believe doing so is really important. In sharing my story, I feared people would treat me differently or see me as weak, but I had the complete opposite experience. Everyone was so supportive. All the fears I had in my head did not prove to be true.
I feel it’s really important to get your story out there because so many people will be able to relate to it and see it’s possible to learn to control the anxiety rather than having the anxiety be the controller. To find out more about my experience with sharing my story and why I find it important to tell your story, watch the video below and don’t forget to subscribe!
