When struggling with anxiety, it is so easy to get caught up in the thoughts in our head. These thoughts create mental barriers that are very difficult to overcome, but it’s not impossible.

One of the main mental barriers I had to overcome in my anxiety recovery was the feeling of weakness. I thought because I was constantly anxious and fearful, I was weak and not strong enough to overcome my anxiety.  Just because you feel weak, doesn’t mean you are.

In this video, I talk about how I overcame my mental barrier of thinking I was weak and why choosing to take medication for your anxiety is not a sign of weakness.
