Recently, I’ve been having a lot of conversations with others about anxiety and what it’s like to live with it. Anxiety is becoming more and more prevalent in our society, and as someone who struggles herself with anxiety, I am always looking for tips and encouragement from others who can relate.

This is why I want to share our most-viewed articles over the past few years related to living with anxiety.

If you struggle with anxiety, I hope these articles will remind you that you are not alone. I also hope they will offer helpful tips and encouragement, especially for those days when anxiety creeps in and tries to take over.

Remember: you are more than your anxiety and things do get better.
